Dr. Moxraj of Ajmer Rajasthan is India's first Cultural Diplomat in the Indian Embassy, USA. He served as the teacher of Indian culture in Washington, DC. Dr. Moxraj aims to promote India through its diverse cultures, traditions, and language. Dr. Moxraj is an expert in yoga, Veda and Indian culture. He led the 4th (2018), 5th (2019) and 6th International Day of Yoga held at Capitol Hill, in front of White House and the Washington Monument respectively. Previously, he also led the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd International Day of Yoga in India. In 2018-19, Dr. Moxraj taught Hindi at George Washington University and Introductory and Intermediate Hindi at Georgetown University as a adjunct professor. He conducted classes of Hindi and Sanskrit for students belonging to the Greater Washington area at the Embassy of India.
Helen Hayes Award nominee popular singer American actress Mary Millben is Dr. Moxraj's Hindi student; she performed India's National Anthem on the occasion of 74th Independence Day of India. She also performed India’s national anthem in several places including New Delhi through the ICCR on the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav. During the visit to US by the prime minister of India, Mary performed the anthem and even touched PM Modi’s feet.
Dr. Moxraj attended a yoga summit at the UN Headquarter, New York as a yoga expert. He wore Khadi clothing in order to promote Indian swadeshi culture.

PRESIDENT Current President of International Assembly for Veda Propagation (Dharmarth Trust) which aims to spread awareness of Ved, Sanskrit, Yoga and the Environment. It also focuses on serious social issues like addiction, caste system, dowry, child marriage, female infanticide in Ajmer. • 15,000 Vedic literature books were distributed to religious centers, temples, schools, universities, and gurukuls for free in order to increase awareness • Led a 70-day long movement called “Swine Flu Mukt Ajmer Mission”, in order to spread Ayurvedic knowledge to prevent and cure swine flu • Assisted poor university students financially (fees and books) • Led a movement to increase herbal plants in Ajmer neighborhoods. He helped relocate the homeless tribal people and provided a roof over their heads through a government scheme.

Dr. Moxraj did several deeds, including national and cultural related volunteer works in Ajmer for the past 24 years. He was also an excellent teacher, who taught in Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University’s Vedic Vangmaya department as a guest faculty. He was nominated by the Rajasthan state government as a member of the Rajasthan Sanskrit academy. Dr. Moxraj was also part of several sociable and charitable societies like Arya Samaj.

Dr. Moxraj was born in Manota Kalan, Bharatpur 1979. He studied in government schools, received his primary and secondary education from his village and studied high school education from Alwar and Bharatpur. His father Shri Ummed Singh was a UDC in government of Rajasthan.

Philanthropy
He adopted a government school in 2015 and has supported its development and education curriculum. Dr. Moxraj has advocated resolving various social and financial issues in and around his district.
Dr. Moxraj is also a kind person in nature. He bailed several people, who couldn’t afford to pay the bail fee. Those people were Hindu and Muslims, who were in jail for minor crimes, like not having a license with them, while they were driving. They lived in poverty and were unable to pay the bail fee. They had to stay in jail twice the time from what they deserved.
